The pasta could have been a main course but I was in the mood for some meat! So I decided to go with Ribeye Steaks. I found an Italian Style Steak Sauce Recipe, which I modified a bit to give it a special flavor.
Steak Sauce Ingredients
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tbsp dry white wine
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp dry parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
Directions
- Melt butter in the microwave (30-45 seconds)
- Add all ingredients together in a bowl
- Use a whisk to mix well
- Spoon a tablespoon of sauce over steak
