Ingredients
4-6 Boneless Pork Chops
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
1 can of water
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp of oil
8oz Mushrooms, Sliced
Salt
Pepper
Directions
- Put the boneless chops in the crock pot, add soup, ranch package, and water. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- In a frying pan, add oil and heat to medium high.
- Add onions and a dash of salt, cook for 3 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
- Plate chop, spoon over sauce, and top with mushrooms and onions.
